Heninger Downloads

These documents were researched and located by Paul Henninger (gryhnd22@aol.com). Paul then sent them to me and I (Linda S. Brennan, linda@stokesbury.org), scanned and optimized them. These are jpgs files which you can download and use in your family history. We’d appreciate it if you’d give us (especially Paul) credit as the source, if you do use them. The original documents are located in Berks County, PA, Register of Wills/Clerk of the Orphans’ Court, Berks County Services Center, 2nd Floor, Reading, PA.

NOTE: If you download these files, would you be willing to transcribe one or more of them? As they are transcribed I can make them available to everyone in word files so they would be searchable. Also, If anyone could translate the German documents, I’d like to be able to make the translations available to everyone as well. Please contact me (linda@stokesbury.org) so I can coordinate the assigning of files for transcription, so no one is transcribing a file someone else is already working on. Thanks.
